In search of an elevated “dark”? We’ve got it. This cup of joe will bring you right back to your favorite joint where you had brunch with your friends last week. We got challenged by our close by neighbor, Montreal’s Habs, to come up with a stronger profile when launching their coffee offering.
To achieve that, we roasted a Brazilian coffee to deepen the body while the two Africans coffees keep the complexity Escape is always looking for, bringing a bit of funkiness to this blend. The “Dark” side just got a little brighter: try it in filter with a side of bacon.
