This natural processed coffee comes from Finca Los Papales in Nicaragua. The estate has been in the Angelina Lopez family for over century and to this day grandparents, children and grandchildren continue to manage the estate together.
The coffee is wet and dry milled on the estates premises in order to better manage quality control. The growing altitude is between 1,300 and 1,700 meters and the varietals include, Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai and Pacamara. This coffee wasn't planned, but after tasting it we had no choice to go ahead and purchase a few bags.

Our coffee is delivered every Tuesday (& Friday if inventory allows), orders need to be entered before Monday 12 h 00 to be included in the Tuesday shipment.
